Local employment initiatives - phase III

Local Employment Initiatives - Phase III - the call is open until June 10, 2017 and aims to support the development of local employment partnerships in order to overcome regional and local differences and enhance the partnership approach in the design of policies developing or strengthening human resources in line with local labour markets' needs. 

The call will support activities contributing to the implementation of county-level human resource development strategies, including those in the City of Zagreb. Additionally, support is envisaged for projects in line with action plans targeting the employment of vulnerable group, as well as activities aiming to further strengthen the work of local employment partnership.  

• Total size of the envelope: 73.440.000 kn
• Minimum and maximum grants: 400.000 kn – 2.000.000 kn
• Co-financing obligation: none
• Project duration: 12-30 months

Within the call Local Employment Initiatives - Phase III (Component 2 - Element 3), MAP is offering the following consultancy services:

• external evaluation of the existing Human Resources Development Strategy and (if applicable) its accompanying Action Plan;
• revision of the existing strategy;
• capacity building and consultations with members of the local employment initiatives regarding strategic planning and/or monitoring.
