Presented findings of the ex-post evaluation of two CEB loans to the Republic of Croatia for reconstruction and return during 2000s
From March 2016, MAP Consulting took part in conducting a complex ex-post evaluation of two loans disbursed in 2000s to the Republic of Croatia by the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB), in order to accelerate the process of reconstruction and return.
The evaluation was guided by an independent evaluation department at CEB and its lead evaluator Mr. Luigi Cuna, in cooperation with Mr. Richard Allen, expert in social integration, Mr. Martin Lux, expert in housing and Ms. Maja Horvat, director of MAP, acting as a national evaluator.
With attendance of representatives from the Ministry of Finance, Central State Office for Reconstruction and Housing Care and their regional offices, on October 24, 2017, the key evaluation findings were presented, initiating discussion on proposed recommendations. Upon completion of the report based on received comments, the report will be presented to the Governor and available to the 41 members states of the Administrative Council.
